Sometimes it can be hard to work in an environment in which you and your superior do not see things eye to eye. However, you need to be able to talk to him/her calmly, speaking in a positive manner.
There may be a boss that likes to blame you for issues despite your good behavior. However, it is important that you learn to deal with the issue rather than fighting back. The superior may even attempt to take credit for things everyone else did. However, it is important for employees to ensure a healthy and comfortable work environment. If you feel unappreciated at your workplace, you may want to have a calm and mature conversation with your boss to alleviate the issues.
Being able to get past issues in the workplace will make your life easier both in and outside of work. You will likely be much happier and have an understanding about how to deal with other issues that may arise without becoming too stressed.
Some people who have issues with others in the workplace try to pull pranks or sabotage other peoples' positions. However, this is unprofessional and displays bad character. Even if schemes such as these are "successful," it is likely that the perpetrator will not be respected around the workplace, and other employees may not trust him.
The most important thing when working is to do the best you can, and resolve issues in a competent and professional manner. Personal issues can be resolved if they are addressed directly and without anger or insults.
