1. TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF AND THE JOB YOU'RE CURRENTLY DOING.
I'm working in finance and accounting and I take care of um , you know, kind of business stuff. Where I go out and market to people. Its good because I have to figure out what the people
need so I can help them better.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN 3-5 YEARS?
I haven't really decided yet. I guess I'll figure it out when I get there.
3. WHAT IS YOUR SINGLE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT IN YOUR CAREER AND WHY?
I really like getting to go home early. And maybe also it would be good if they gave out
rewards at work for things people do. Like restaurant certificates or movie passes, that
kind of stuff.
5. WHY DID YOU LEAVE YOUR LAST POSITION?
My boss was a jerk and he was always telling me what to do and how to do it. Its like, you know, I'm an adult now and I don't think its right for him to treat me like a teenager, or a child, you know what I mean? Also, like if I was late by 10 or 15 minutes, he got on my case, big time!
6. WHY DID YOU APPLY FOR THIS JOB?
My best friend is applying for this job, and I thought it would be fun to work with her so we could go to lunch together. She graduated a year before me and we just like to hang together, ya know?
7. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THIS POSITION?
I guess my favorite part is that I don’t have to drive so far. In my last job, I had to get up
real early and get on the bus to go downtown. Man, was THAT ever a drag. This is
much better cuz you guys are RIGHT near me and I can even go home for lunch!
8. WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT OUR COMPANY?
I really don’t know too much about it, I just figured I'd learn the important stuff on
the job later on. It seems like a lot of work to spend my time figuring all this out when I
don't even have the job yet. And besides, you guys will probably train me, right?
9. GIVE ME 3 REASONS YOU WOULD BE AN ASSET TO OUR COMPANY?
A) I want the job.
B) I couldn’t find any other company close by.
C) Like I already told you, my best friend applied here too.
10.WHAT KIND OF SALARY ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
I think I should get enough so that I can pay off my student loans. The way I figure it, your
company has lots of money and can afford to give me like 40K.
